The Alsager’s have been in the game farm industry raising elk and deer since the late 70’s in Canada. Owner, Manager & Guide Jan began his guiding career in 1994 and in 1998 opened his own whitetail ranch. Fast forward to 2015 Jan’s love of whitetail deer and hunting brought them from their homestead property in Saskatchewan Canada to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. In addition to the trophy class deer raised on the private property since the 1960’s the Alsager’s brought with them their long line of perfected Canadian whitetail deer genetics.
Whether your passion is rifle hunting a beautiful typical buck or sitting in a bow stand waiting to stick an amazing non-typical monster we have a hunt and guide for you.
Property - 800 acres
Imagine a hunting experience surrounded by rolling hills of evergreens, hardwoods and quality deer in their natural surroundings. Strategically placed on the 800-acre preserve are 6 box blinds and 11 ladder stands overlooking annually planted food plots of; Canola, purple top turnips, Chicory, rye, sweet clover, peas & oats and Alfalfa.
On site is our private covered shooting range where you are able to site in your rifle or bow before your hunt and have a round of trap.

Booking your Hunt
We are always available to answer any questions you have regarding your upcoming hunt
Deposit is due at time of booking, payable by cheque or credit card (3% credit card fee applied)
All hunts are booked on a first-come, first- served basis
We will hold your reservation for no more than 30 days without a deposit
3+ hunters in your group will guarantee you the entire ranch to yourself
Preparing for your Hunt
Sight in your weapons before arriving - we have a private shooting range on site to confirm
Ensure you bring weather appropriate clothing & footwear
Provide us with your flight itinerary at least 1 month before your arrival
Policies
No Kill / No Balance Paid (excluding deposit)
Wounded animal policy - if you draw blood, you own the deer
Bow hunters are responsible for bringing & inspecting their own harness & safety gear
No Alcohol prior to or during the hunt

If you decide to have us mail your cape & antlers your responsible for the shipping cost

Youth Management $3,000 16 years of age and under
Up to 175" SCI - $5,000
176"-200" SCI - $7,500
201"-225" SCI - $10,000
226 and up $15,000
Add a Turkey $550 - WI DNR license required (deadline to apply August 1st)
5 day hunt Includes: guide, stands, tags & license, trophy caping, deboning of meat & transportation to and from Rhinelander Airport.
$2,000 Deposit required / hunter - If you don't shoot a buck you don't pay the remainder of the hunt cost, deposit covers your stay with us.
